    Didn't end up receiving the product, due to an issue w/ the Royal Mail (admitted fault by Royal Mail themselves, so seller not responsible). Seller was quick, clear and fair in their response, asking to wait to see if the issue resolved itself before providing a full refund. I only hope they receive a full refund from Royal Mail, or the Return To Sender process works properly.

    Item arrived all as described. New condition as stated, good value, appearance fine as new in a branded box, quality good as reputable brand. Recommend seller. I would buy again from them. Thank You.

    My item didn't arrive, even though the tracking No indicates that Evri left my package in front of my door, in a public hallway where anyone can access it,seller didn't provide a tracking No when he send my item, and I had no way to manage them. Only after the delivery date passed did I contact seller requesting tracking No ,seller was rude and told me to pick up the package from my door! eBay washed their hands of this problem, leaving me without money and item . Be careful with this seller

    The item was delivered on time, and eBay sided with me because they had proof. It was pretty clear there was a scam going on. I stayed polite the whole time, and you left negative feedback just because eBay caught the fraud.

    An excellent all-round service from this seller. Item arrived on time and was well packaged. It is as described and represents good value as it was half the price Amazon were asking and I didn't have to spend £35 to get free postage. Thank you.
