    I would like to thank my seller for a smooth transaction, quick shipping and excellent communication. Unfortunately, the coffee mug and shipping box arrived crushed and broken. After informing the seller of the outcome, she was very kind and courteous in refunding the amount paid for the purchase. The item was adequately packaged in the shipping box, but the postal service once again is at fault in not ensuring the package was not damaged and destroyed. Strawberrypicker is A+++++++++++++++++
