  Buying 2 bike frameset but they send 1 fork. Send claim to them but they don't resolved.

  Customers ship address is a freight forwarder not auth by ebay.The freight forwarder repackaged the shipment added other purchases for the buyer & then forwarded to the customer in Vietnam (the pics sent were not of the box that we used to ship).We assume the freight forwarder altered shipment & omitted a part. THE PART WAS INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT Further-evidence in pic sent by buyer show the items were unpacked somewhere after we shipped. Ebay resolved in sellers favor.

  I ordered the bike frame on Friday, and it was delivered on Saturday. The packaging was excellent. Called the seller with a few questions, got a real person and they were very knowledgeable and helpful.

  I received two front brake levers, I reached out to let them know and they mailed the clutch lever out right away at no cost to me giving me what I paid for. They corrected the mistake quick and easy. I would buy from them again.

  Good seller, bars are good for the price. Shipping could be faster. The Ad said shipping from Florida, but the shipping label says Colorado�� bars showed up in 7days and in good condtion.

  There was a problem with my order..they took the time to call me and explain the situation and offered a refund if the wait time was going to be to long..I decided to wait it out..my order was delivered before the promised ship date...awesome product and professional courteous people I will definitely be doing more business with this company... Thank you.
