  Above and beyond: Outstanding seller. The item I ordered arrived very carefully packed in a double box that was amply padded. The seller provided excellent customer service when the package was delayed, providing me with frequent reports and tracking information. The item was even more spectacular than pictured.

  USPS delivered the box 2 days after the tracking said it was delivered. While missing, the seller was extremely responsive and supportive. Packaging was excellent and the canvas is just gorgeous! I will definitely be buying from this seller again and will share her Ebay listings with my needlepoint friends. Thank you for a positive experience and outcome!

  Initially thought it was damaged, but I was able to confirm with that it's just the style, and the seller was very patient as I asked for clarification. Fantastic experience with quick shipping and amazing prices!! It was packaged very carefully as well, so all around a great buying experience!!
