    Charger indicates full charge, only 3 of the 4 battery green lights illuminate. Don't know if the battery is fully charged which would shorten the run time. I have advised the seller. The open box item was in new condition. Box was in rough shape but item was stated as unused. Sale went forward upon my acceptance and shipment was timely. Item was in new condition. Seller followed up with email day after delivery to check on my satisfaction. I explained the battery issue.
