  There was a chip on the inside of the mug that was not disclosed in the description, it pretty much renders it useless. I am incredibly disappointed. I have tried to contact the seller and he has not responded. I would definitely never use him again.

  Shipping was fast and as described. It was well packaged and my little Whovian loves them. Only issue is that the screw for the battery plate is all but stripped.
