  Communication prior to the purchase was returned quickly and all communication resulted in a smooth transaction. Items were well packaged and shipped very quick (same day). Package arrived well in advance of the delivery date. The items (atv shocks) were as described, and photographs provided in listing were representative of what was delivered.   The seller had the item at our door the next day. The item was packaged very well to prevent any damage. Item was exactly as described. The seller was great and the value of the item was excellent. I would absolutely recommend this seller and would buy from them again.

  I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again. Excellent communication and rapid response to correcting an error. I received the wrong size but the seller made it right faster than I can ride my motorcycles! Helmet was in perfect condition in original packaging. Excellent experience. Mistakes happen, but how the mistake is taken care of makes all the difference. Thank you. I love my new helmet!

  Unfortunately, the steering motor did not fit my application. This was MY mistake, not the sellers. Now the good part. I received the item quickly and it was very well packaged. Everything was exactly as described, I just missed the flange pattern for my application. Actually, the motor was in much better condition than I expected and it included the controller box. The price was great too. Sorry I had to return it.
