  Great eBay seller, excellent communications, very accurate description, great protective packaging and very fast shipping. The Tektronix TBS 2072B is in excellent new condition, it had only been powered on twice before. Along with the two probes and carrying bag this was an excellent bargain. I am adding seller to my favored sellers list for their high-quality items, exceptional bargains and very fast shipping.

  The item was shipped securely and in a reasonable time frame. Unfortunately, the description in quality was slightly off. However, the reason I've rated this experience as positive is when I brought my concerns to the seller he was apologetic and quick to offer a refund. From there on out the process went smoothly. I would actually by from this seller again, I'd just ask for additional photo's if I had any doubts about condition.

  I never did receive this product because USPS lost it, but I'm giving the seller a 5 star review because of how helpful he was in this process. Honest, good man comes to mind in describing this person. I highly recommend this seller, if things in your order aren't right, he will make it right.
