    Good packing, good communication. Fast delivery. Unfortunately the first delivery was delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail. The property it was delivered to was unoccupied, I could see my package through the window, but couldn't retrieve it. The seller sent me out another item to an alternative address. Great customer services.

    Seller was very helpful in identifying the specific part needed, and quick responses to enquiries. Item arrived as described, was good quality new and sealed in original wrapping, well packaged for delivery. It fitted perfectly and fixed the issue I had.

    I bought 2 bottles. I received the wrong one. I contacted them and they resolved the error. They gave me 2 options: return the 2 bottles or replace the wrong bottle. Obviously, I asked for a replacement. They sent me a quick delivery, and in less than 24 hours I had it at home. So, the service is a 10.

    A bit of a cock up on my part I think. It's not the part I was after as I already have it. This is what comes of not having a picture of the product you're buying I suppose. I sent pics of the part I required but I think the part numbers got lost in translation so to speak. Never mind, I'll probably keep this one as a spare. Arrived safely and well packaged. Great communication except for minor hiccups over correct parts and them not having a picture of item available, I will still use seller.
