  Postage instructions not good & packed inadequately so broken at pick-up point. As described and will get reglased even though I know it will be costly so now not good value. Have already got full refund and impressed with that.

  Easy transaction and prompt delivery thank you. However, although the outer box was covered in ‘fragile’ sticky tape, the box looked like it had been squashed down as it was not very strong. The delivery service EVRI looked like they had demolished the box - no care taken at all!! Would not recommend them! I was amazed that the china dish inside had actually survived! Thank goodness there was further packing material inside the box but some bubble wrap would be a better choice in future.
