    We had an issue where the package was damaged during shipping and I was able to send it back get it fixed and sent back to me. The seller was in constant communication with me. I never felt out of the loop. Absolutely great job.

    I'm from Uganda. And my order reached 20 days after ordering. The machine is perfect, clean piece and all the specifications were as promised. the response time was great. i was referred and i'm happy to refer someone else. thank you and will gladly use them again

    Bulletproof packing... computer showed up and had some issues out of the box. I was ready to ship it back. A little messaging back and forth and a customer service guy face timed me. It took a little effort and time but it works good now after walking me through a total revamp. I wasnt planning on all that. Im over it now. Bottom line, was packed very well and their customer service was very good despite the unexpected issues. They made the best of things.
