  The first unit came non functioning with the wires either not properly completed or tampered with. After a few communications they sent a replacement that worked They were patient with upset messages and rectified the issue. They care about their service and customers. I recommend this seller. Thank you for rectifying the issue you are appreciated.

  Just received unit in mail and gave to person it was purchased for. He has neuropathy and was grateful to receive. Having problems understanding how to get it on the 8 modes, but working on it. I think will be be great for what it was bought for. The company has been great to answer any questions. I highly recommend this company and unit...Thank you

  400w panel not received. I contacted seller and they made excuse they changed to a diff supplier and now it's a 300w panel which is a big deal. Then on top of that. I only received a 100w size panel. I know a lot about solar and have over 14 panels and this is a cheap 100w panel. Seller offered me $20 refund or return which would cost me more. I'd like 75% back since I got 75% of what was advertised. They misadvertised and did bait switch
