  Packing was HORRIBLE. Crank was packaged with paper, came damaged and poking through the box. Reached out to the seller, and they didn’t care at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. The good reviews are fake, worst seller I’ve experienced on eBay so far.

  Buyer claimed damage but refused to provide any proof. We offered a full return and refund, which they declined. We followed eBay policy and made every effort to resolve this, but the buyer was uncooperative and chose to leave unfair feedback instead.

  Seller is a complete liar as well apparently. I had to pay duties and fee’s being located in Canada. I mentioned I’m happy to find a resolution, but shipping it back and being well over $100 each way in the hole for duties both ways wouldn’t be wise for either of us. I said I’m happy to get it machined locally if he would be willing to cover some of that cost. He said no, so I’m gonna be out of pocket on machining costs as well. I also provided him pictures of the damage. Very dishonest business
