  Seller realized they only had 5 instead of 6 qty. They didn't charge me for the 6th one, sent me a message explaining the mishap before shipping. I appreciate their honesty, would definitely recommend. 👍

  I was absolutely ecstatic when I discovered this seller on Ebay! My tattoo artist turned me onto this product many, many years ago. I have tried other soaps, but nothing compares to this product. The product is of very high quality, and this seller has it reasonably priced. I am always concerned when liquid is shipped, but this seller took great care in packing, so it arrived in pristine condition. Could not be happier with this transaction. :)

  I received a message from UPS that my package was damaged and had to be destroyed and that they would contact seller. I tried to contact seller but the message center for this seller would not go thru. UPS stated that they would contact seller about situation. 3 days ago, and still no response from Ebay or seller. Impossible to contact Ebay or Seller. I used PayPal so I have filed a dispute through them. I question the validity of this seller and their rating.

  UPS sends a letter in the mail, which usually takes about 2 weeks to arrive. I don't know why there was an error in sending an ebay message or why the buyer didn't file an "item not received" claim rather than disputing payment, but this is the first I'm hearing of this issue. If I had received proper notification I would have immediately refunded the buyer and filed a claim with UPS rather than going through this dispute process. :/
