Lovely decals, delivery took more than 3 days "not sellers fault". But must say rude customer service over a basic message and "Richard" Taylor blocked me from buying again because I dared to advise its taken longer than advertised.

Excellent eBayer, The Wheelie bin stickers arrived very well packed and on time with delivery by a nice chap from Royal Mail.
The stickers are exactly as described and I am very happy with my purchase.

A bit of a hicup when first ordered as I didn't see to click two sided ..communication was very abrupt re this & they canceled order .I wouldn't have re used due to abrupt communication but couldn't see any else I liked . Glad now I did reorder as very pleased with received items.. so thankyou ..

Lovely name decals. Well made. Nice crisp cut edges to the letters👍🙂 quickly delivered safely wrapped up inside an envelope. I recommend this seller. I've used them before with great satisfaction👍👍😁

Stickers didn’t arrive, the date said much sooner so I messaged after a week later to be sent a threatening email telling me I’m basically lying! I would have to do statements etc. which was fine just due to bad customer service not even the money! The parcel arrived the day after so I let them know i received it and saying I wasn’t happy with the way they think a bullying email is acceptable! I’m guessing it was so late due to bank holiday. Awful company to deal with!

You got caught out with trying to claim an item wasn't received despite 2 forms of evidence being available It didn't arrive the day after at all that was a cover up message after Royal Mail informed you they were escalating the issue. You were having an argument with Royal Mail not us so the feedback us unfair but I guess people to lash out when things don't go as planned.

1st turned up damaged but was replaced with a good quality one which was a lot better packaged.
Damage had clearly happened from courier and had photo of damage on parcel upon delivery from couriers app, which I showed on request.
Customer service told me they had a different picture but wouldn’t show me.
Wouldn’t use again although love the print.
Customer service needs improvement.

The 1st poster didn't turn up damaged and the carriers app showed no damage at all. This is an outright lie to cover your tracks. You damaged the poster as you bent it when removing it from the tube. Once you realised you'd made a mistake you started to get annoyed and demanded a replacement. We did out of our own pocket even though you had damaged it!
