After 3 weeks I contacted Ebay moderator for a refund. What a headache. I found the item on Amazon for $2. more with available tracking. I realize it's not the vendors fault that it's lost in the mail but I think they should offer more secure shipping with tracking! I emailed the vendor directly to exclaim my dissatisfaction with their shipping! Thank you!
