  Most importantly, the condition of the pamphlet was as specified. Also, international delivery (from the USA to the UK) was prompt, and the price was reasonable for an out-of-print publication. Many thanks for that. Good packaging was used for this lightweight item -- a small cardboard box, internal cardboard, and a polythene sleeve for the pamphlet. This meant the pamphlet arrived safe and well, internationally. Thank you very much for that.
