    I am from Canada, where a women s size 12-14 denotes at least a Medium. So I accept this seller s mention that the size 8 sent to me was in her mind a Medium. But it was very tiny. Nonetheless, the seller did a beautiful job of packaging and was more than fair in resolving this issue, by NOT requiring me to return the blouse; and, by refunding my money. Special grateful thanks.     Hello, I'm sorry your item did not fit, however, the size tag is shown, measurements are both listed - and shown in photos. Notes on the listing encourage buyer to "check measurements" for a good fit. Your item was wrapped & shipped same day and delivered via mail on time. I also refunded you immediately without requiring return of the item. Pre-owned items - regarding sizing can vary greatly by brand. I regret your bad experience. I wish you had allowed me the opportunity to refund you.
