  The seller did not ship item. The seller did not contact me they no longer had item. I requested a refund and they faught me knowing that they never had item in stock. Now they say they can't put cancelled order through. I should not have had to ask. They should have notified me they no longer had item. Now they aren't shipping item and they won't refund me. Please help.
