  Excellent eBay seller; demonstrating great communication, service and customer care selling good value pr0ducts. The original flagpole arrived damage due to the lack of care shown by the delivery company, which, despite the evidence of their own delivery photograph, showed total disinterest when I reported it. By contrast the seller responded immediately and replaced the original flagpole within a few days. A great example of what should be expected when buying through eBay.

  Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Had placed the order but realized I had the wrong address. This was not an issue as the seller very quickly rectified for me! The item arrived way before expected delivery day and quality is amazing. Value for money 100%. Looks amazing also! Using for a charity night and my friends can’t get enough of it!   Costume is good quality for the price, customer service is above and beyond excellent! The courier lost the package and Stella-comm looked into it and got another one sent out to me in record time as it was needed for a play urgently. This goes to Restoring our trust in sellers!
