  Excellent seller to deal with. Small problem with delivery as delivery company just jammed the package into the fence, possibly because we have a big dog. A neighbour took it in for safe keeping as anyone passing by could have taken it. It eventually turned up of course but unfortunately I had already reported that it had not turned up. This was not the fault of the seller.

  My Seachem Prime was delivered on time as promised. Communication/updates were timely and accurate. The product was boxed and packaged securely and professionally. I asked for the box to be left on our doorstep IF nobody home and they did this, avoiding a time wasting trip to the post office. I've used this E-Bay supplier, 'stefmarpetcare', before and they were on the ball then too. Seachem Prime is the best and most reliable aquarium water conditioner I've used in 50+ years. Highly recommended.
