  Everything was there. you could definitely tell it was a return as described. The box was in bad condition and had holes in it. I'm lucky everything was still inside. However positive review because I received everything that I should and it was all new inside.

  Dear seller, I am satisfied with the product, but as a future suggestion, you shouldn't ship it in a bag. For better protection, it should be in another box with extra bubble wrap. I believe I requested this. I will give you 5 stars, but please take this into account because the box arrived somewhat damaged. But overall GREAT SPEAKER, GOOD JOB
