  Seller is A+++. Very clear and prompt communication. The items was brand new factory sealed and exactly as described. The item was well packaged and shipping was very prompt. Purchase was made on May 22, 2025 and received on May 27, 2025 via USPS. Great price for one of the best smart watches on the market. I would highly recommend and do business with them again.

  Great seller to deal with. I had a couple of questions and he was quick to respond; within a few minutes of me sending my questions. I've wanted an Oura ring for a while but couldn't afford them. I was able to afford it using this seller. The description is right on. My ring came in a sealed box in new condition and I had no issues connecting to the Oura website to sync my ring. The price made it a great value and I'm so happy I found this site to buy this ring. It's real! No fakes! Quick ship.

  Received brand new, Oura ring, gen 4 in Rose Gold, size 8, exactly as described and at an excellent price! The seller was quick to respond to questions within a few minutes. and provided photos as requested. I appreciated receiving a photo of the Oura ring package with serial number prior to shipment. Shipping was fast and free! This seller provides white glove service!

  Seller was wonderful to work with. Communicated well, was flexible, and package arrived as described. Appreciate the seller and the quickness they took from the time I bought the product till the time it was shipped (all within the same day).   Fast shipping, great packaging, good communication. However, unlike other sellers, seller does not list their restocking fee, or the fact they. Are not an authorized seller and therefore there is no warranty. They are what I call a caveat emptor seller, which means you as the buyer must make sure you ask all the questions in advance. As such, I cannot recommend them and I would not buy from them again

  Buyer wanted to open and use a brand new sealed tablet then return it back for a full refund. He became upset that a fee may be subtracted if Ebay policy was not followed and he returned a used item instead of a new item. I do not charge a restocking fee as buyer inaccurately stated. I also mentioned that I do not provide warranties and it is up to the manufacturer.
