  Seller couldn't ship the products, it is understandable but he does not want to cancel the order he is asking me to ask for a cancellation, I already told him just to do the refund and he insist I have to ask for the cancellation I also told him I will give him this negative feedback, this is not fair if he can't fulfill the order. VERY UNREASONABLE SELLER.

  At first I was angry because I received a substitute item. The seller was quick to respond and asked that I trust them that the substitute was better than the original, which it was, and I have since ordered more. Yes it is a good quality product with relatively quick delivery. Thank you
