(so many Toyota variations) explained the situation to Oz Car Keys they immediately identified the issue and sent a second key with a prepaid return envelope to return the first key. I work with 2 ex-Holden technicians who warned me even with the factory key back in the day, they are notoriously difficult to get working. So if you have issues getting the key to synch for an RC Colorado or equivalent year Isuzu D-Max, you just have to keep trying until it works!
