  Pen never arrived-got lost in the mail. When informed of this, seller issued a full refund-no arguments. Impressed how it was handled by the seller. Would buy from again

  Items were as described and good price seem to work well dispatched very quickly. The only down side was the Royal Fail delivery service again delivered late and to the wrong address started a claim dropped off two days later by the home owner who received my items.
