  Hello, the seller was descriptive enough of this item arriving no problem, except for when I opened the package and saw what I did with one damaged speaker, and trying to work things out with the seller in sending pic's of the damage which I did, the seller wasn't descriptive enough EXACTLY what he needed, but after the contacts back & forth and getting irritated, he reimbursed me fully and just told me not to bother returning the damaged product, I wish things went better than the way they did.

  The tool’s condition was as described in the listing. The total price including shipping was very fair. The ratchet arrived in less than a week. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
