  This is a craftsman that took the time to explain that what I needed was not what he was selling. He worked with me to explain how the item would not fit. Our messages helped with design pointers which he will use with future sales. Unfortunately I had chosen a tailpiece for my guitar that was incorrect . If not for his truthfulness and help I would have purchased a piece that would not have fit correctly. He lost a sale but gained a friend. Thankful for his help. 10/10

  Beautiful accessories for my violin. Good quality. First order arrived with the chinrest broken and the tailpiece split. Packaging was a little flimsy, but the folks at Star Musical send out replacements immediately. Good public relations!
