We buy $2,000 of new and used items each week that are available to list in our store. Every item that we purchase for resale is carefully inspected, stored in a clean scent-free environment, and when ordered shipped (mostly) with eBay branded shipping materials and packaged carefully so items arrive safely to our buyers. Items we sell come predominantly from two sources. The first is a weekly auction the sells mostly collectibles from high-end estates with SOME new items. The other is a warehouse company that buys overstock from national retailers (the retailer has too many to store in their own warehouse and so they auction excess inventory) or "shelf pulls" (the retailer no longer wishes to sell the item due to any number of reasons i.e. the item is seasonal or they just want to make room for different items). After inspecting items, items NOT in good enough condition to sell on eBay are donated to various churches/charities to ensure our buyers receive the best available.

The Bear figurine arrived in perfect condition. It is so precious and beautifully crafted. It is exactly as described. I am very happy with it! The price was marvelous, and the shipping was nice, too. I am pleased with the excellent service, and so happy with the adorable bear!

The packaging for the lens was bubble wrap which protected it during its shipment. Overall i think that the lens is a good value as similar lenses are a tad bit higher so I caught the item at a good time. I communicated with the seller throughout the process which was handled wonderfully.
