    Beautiful diamond, but shipping was lengthy, purchased on July 9th and finally arrived on the 21st. Even though the auction stated 'located in Cleveland', the shipping label was from India. Normally that wouldn't be an issue IF it was disclosed up front this was an international purchase.

    Dropped my stone off today to be set in the ring I ordered it for. Diamonds Direct verified all info from IGI certificate and asked if I thought I received a good deal on the stone. I asked, “what would you consider a good deal”? Her answer was more than double what I paid for an excellent lab grown diamond. I politely responded, “well then, yes, I received a great deal! Thank you guys for holding my hand and reassuring me through the process m, finding that perfect gem! You guys are great!
