  Luckily received in timely manner & intact-received notice from seller sig required but none obtained and communicated this back but no response, not sure if handle was glued bc I noticed 2 cracks (yes it’s in photos but should’ve been mentioned in written description) and most of hair removed but would’ve been nice to have all of it removed or asked (not same as cleaning) -who wants hair? carefully packaged, nice antique from history thank you

  The item came timely, was packed well. When I opened I could not find the ladle, contacted the seller and they responded and described what had happen. They offered a refund for the item or offered to refund a portion for the missing ladle and they have done that.

  Very pleased with this transaction. Item as described and in works 👍 (and really appreciated that the dimensions were given so I knew just how large it was). Good communication with seller 😉 Was surprised at how much shipping was but I don’t think that is on the seller, it’s just the cost of doing business now days. Can’t wait for Christmas so I can display my clock.
