  Great seller! Firstly, the customer service is superb. I had a few concerns regarding shipping and I was immediately put at ease after communicating with them. The item was greatly packaged with lots of cushioning. Although there were some cosmetic blemishes and whatnot (as expected from a B Grade item), it was a bargain for the price it was listed at (PS Vitas are notoriously pricey). I’m planning to buy a PSP sometime soon, and this seller will be my first stop!!

  The appearance is just as shown on the listing - in perfect condition - got it at a discount so it was a great value and the parcel arrived within a week and was wrapped up perfectly with bubble wrapping. Good communication from the seller, I highly recommend!

  The item did not match the description but seller was very quick to respond to my concerns and provide a fair and easy resolution. Mistakes can happen but it’s trust and integrity that matters in ultimately and this seller has it in spades! Will shop again. It was so safely packed and arrived fast so a positive experience overall.

  The seller originally sent me a controller that rattled and was scuffed. After telling them about this, they understood and offered majority refund. I then purchased another one ( this transaction) and they sent one that was in much better condition. Seller did everything they could to ensure satisfaction and solved the problem while offering different options. Have actually bought from them several times beforeand have had no major problems. Very good communication from this seller. Thank you!

  Item arrived on time fast delivery, but the packaging wasn't the best in my opinion because there was no bubble wrap to wrap up the game, as I was a bit worried, it might get damage without any protection like bubble wrap etc, but it was a good value for the price $$$, very happy with the Quality and Appearance. But the game disc was in good condition no scratches, Very good as described A+++ Great Seller, will buy more again later on :)
