It came with a guarantee of authenticity and having a COA adds to the value. It was packaged in a shipping tube to protect the photo and it arrived in perfect condition.   I'm sorry, I closed the case, now it says I didn't receive it. I checked that I did get it, and gave the explanations, do I need to do anything else? The photo is great. It was packed and shipped just fine. Communication was great. I certainly got my money's worth. Shipping was reasonable. You're a great seller, but I've still got some things to learn.
