  I perused a plethora of new, high-quality stainless steel shackle blocks on Stainless Steel Supplies' robust (i.e. well-populated) eBay portal; all information was readily available, enabling an informed and appropriate selection. While such fittings are expensive, they do have the appearance -- and, feel -- of quality construction and purpose. My purchase was of a new-condition shackle; it was professionally packed, rapidly shipped and received with excellent tracking -- a great transaction!
