  As described the toothbrush arrived in a damaged box which was expected the item inside was in good condition no damaged, but unfortunately it was not the colour advertised the toothbrush was blue and not black which for myself is not problem it’s a toothbrush, some buyers may be disappointed if they were expecting the black one unfortunately I have had to mark down the description

  Supposed to be new but a well used second hand tooth brush sent, offered me £10 off, a joke. Return label supposed to have been sent but never arrived. No communication from seller for 6 days now so used ebay returns, wouldn't recommend this seller.

  Toothbrush took almost two weeks to arrive, this may have been due to Yodel. Communication wasn't great at first contact, the seller did offer a partial refund as a good will gesture
