  Seller sent the wrong item, then wouldn't reply to 2 separate messages asking to correct the situation (He has a history of this in his feedback). I got tired of waiting and bought another set elsewhere. Had to get ebay involved to get a return and refund. Only then did this seller respond to me offering to send me the correct item. Too late! Had he replied to the 1st message i sent, we could have avoided all this. Poor customer service. Learn to check/reply to emails, its hurting your sales.
