    Aug 1- Purchased item; ETA Aug 6-10. Aug 8- No progress. So messaged seller. Aug 9- 24 hours later still no response. Sent another message. Aug 16- Order updated to "Shipping". No tracking number. Aug 19- Delivery update email from Ebay. Now has tracking number. ETA Aug 22. Aug 26- Today. USPS says "Label created, not yet in system." Submitting to email for refund. This is abysmal customer service. Especially for the time sensitive product I ordered. I'd give zero stars if I could.

    this is a discontinued item, We found the item from another seller and sent to buyer. Item still in transit should get to buyer soon.

    I waited a month to receive this and when I opened the package I had been sent a completely different item and not what was listed. I have since contacted the seller and have not heard back.
