    It was in a "new" condition. It was in the original packaging. There was no damage to the package or unit. The price was good for this unit. The unit was clean. Shipping was within a few days of the purchase. The unit was unit was as described in the e-bay posting.

    Items received in fair condition as described, fast shipping, thanks! One of the four QMB362TW switches I received had the handles bent over in shipping. I believe the items were packaged reasonably well so I'm blaming it on the shipping company. Also the price was right so I don't feel it is necessary to return, I can still use the item.

    The value and communication was great. However the item is not exactly as pictured. It was noted as "new" but it was actually used but in working condition. I would still do business with this seller in the future.
