Hello!

Thank you for checking out my store! I have a variety of items from across nerd-dom available for sale. My schooling is in the field of biomedical engineering, but there are quite a few transferrable skills to making repairs on the everyday entertainment system. Subsequently I offer refurbished consoles, controllers, and other various gaming items. My background also makes me partial to offering the occasional overflow collectible on my store.

Product story aside, I also do my best to offer the best customer service that I can. If there's ever a problem with your order, never hesitate to reach out. I'll try to remedy the issue whatever reasonable way that I can. I currently do not offer returns for the most part, but will be lenient in cases where I messed up.

It has come to my attention recently that my multi item discount was not working. Not sure when this broke, but I have implemented a permanent sale event.

    Arrived as described. Took about 2 weeks from order to delivery to receive the item (it took 5 days just to ship it). Shipping should have been handled a whole lot faster.

    Hello,My apologies for the experience with shipping. This order was placed on the 31st, then dropped off on the evening of the 2nd. My knowledge is that due to the high volume of the USPS site, they can occasionally fall behind, especially with UPS handoffs (where I drop off after 5PM). I understand, as I can myself. Package was dispatched on the 5th.Snags can occur every now and then, but rest assured, you will get your order.Hope that helps any other buyers sort out specifics,-Christian

    The item was purchased Mar 31st at 11:00 am. The seller attempts to explain the delay, but isn't being truthful. Tracking clearly shows the item wasn't accepted at the shipping facility until the night of April 5th, with the origin scan being April 5th at 6:41 pm. Tracking USPS: 9400108105462650075672 - Seller states handling time as 24 hours. All I am saying is seller should either stick to handling time listed, or change handling time to what they can commit to. 5 days is not 24 hours.
