  Despise leaving negative feedback but deception is inexcusable. I've bought the same item from this seller in the past on numerous occasions without any issues and the listing was as described but this particular time I felt betrayed without any communication when trying to resolve. Seller could've easily contacted me before shipping this order if the thumbsticks weren't up to specs or the same as listed and the outcome would've been respected.   Arrived as described. Took about 2 weeks from order to delivery to receive the item (it took 5 days just to ship it). Shipping should have been handled a whole lot faster.

  Hello,My apologies for the experience with shipping. This order was placed on the 31st, then dropped off on the evening of the 2nd. My knowledge is that due to the high volume of the USPS site, they can occasionally fall behind, especially with UPS handoffs (where I drop off after 5PM). I understand, as I can myself. Package was dispatched on the 5th.Snags can occur every now and then, but rest assured, you will get your order.Hope that helps any other buyers sort out specifics,-Christian

  The item was purchased Mar 31st at 11:00 am. The seller attempts to explain the delay, but isn't being truthful. Tracking clearly shows the item wasn't accepted at the shipping facility until the night of April 5th, with the origin scan being April 5th at 6:41 pm. Tracking USPS: 9400108105462650075672 - Seller states handling time as 24 hours. All I am saying is seller should either stick to handling time listed, or change handling time to what they can commit to. 5 days is not 24 hours.
