    I recently purchased the Hurricane HF8410 Replacement Spa Filter Cartridge (Open Box) from this seller. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The "Open Box" condition was accurately described, meaning I got a fantastic deal on a filter that performs perfectly. Its quality is excellent, and it looks great despite being an open-box item.     The seller took the time to message me after it was delivered and asked if everything was ok and good quality. I actually never opened it until after I got the message, the box was tore and ripped some but delivery doesn't take kindness to well to boxes and things being delivered. Overall the chalkboard and dry erase board was great. Everything seemed to be in there as it's described. Would highly recommend this company and it's customer service A+++++

    Seller listed as open box . There was one small tear in the outer box as for the spa it was perfect and the inner box was never opened. This was a brand new spa!!! The price was great the shipping was fast . I asked a few questions before purchasing and the seller responded extremely quickly. The appearance is brand new with zero damage. Great seller!!!!
