  I've waited long enough without an answer before giving feedback. They were great initially when they sent the wrong item and I confronted them, they replied within two days. Then when it came to fixing the problem, they went silent and I haven't been able to get an answer from them about getting the correct item or a refund. I'm still waiting for the to get back to me. It's been 15 days since I last heard from them.

  The seller stated that they do not have this item in stock and wanted to sell me an older model (HC-100) that has lower specifications. And then later offered me an LW-2700 which I can only assume has the same specifications as the item they originally advertised. I can not find any documentation on an LW-2700. The fact that they are still advertising the original Zhaoxin HC-FC2700 leads me to believe that they are pulling a bait and switch scheme. I would like an full refund.
