  I love her so much! She came just as described, authentic and in pretty decent condition she was just slightly dirty but she got a bath and came out great!! She was shipped out fast but however arrived late, this is in no way the sellers fault. However, the box was extremely damaged and was heavily wrapped, on the wrapping it said that the packaged was received like so. This could have absolutely been an accident! And that’s okay! She came in and wasn’t broken and that’s all that matters!!!

  I do not recommend this seller. The order never arrived. When I contacted the seller to inquire about shipping, they mentioned the 5-day grace period eBay allows, but I believe that if shipping is paid for, it should be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe, not at the end of the delivery period. Even so, the package was not delivered.

  I'm sorry you are unhappy with your experience, however I never said anything about "grace period". I have my items all set with 4 or 5 business day handling to ensure proper picking and packaging. As soon as we both discovered the package was lost in transit, I refunded you promptly for the full amount. Unfortunately these things happen sometimes. I try to do what I can to avoid that but I always refund immediately if packages go missing in transit. Thank you.
