  I bought the UC Davis Dad license plate frame for a present for my ex. Through no fault of the seller, the frame was bent during shipping. I contacted the seller and they advised they could replace it or refund it. I needed it that day so initially I asked for a refund, but was able to salvage the damaged frame so the seller sent me a Mom license plate frame and two keychains. Arrived in perfect condition. Responsive and kind seller. Recommend!
