It appeared in new, unused condition in spite of the listing as used. The transaction was simple and needed no questions regarding the sale or shipping. Updates until arrival were primarily from USPS. Yes, the Ultrahook is costly but I hesitate to call it expensive because it’s fit, finish, and apparent bombproof construction will redeem itself the first time you need it.

A very nice starter ukulele to learn on or just to keep in the car (ABS plastic sounds good, but doesn't crack like wood in the heat).

The camera looked to be in good condition and didn't have any noticeable flaws, but the box didn't come with all the manufacturer's accessories as promised. But customer service was great and responsive, and otherwise the camera didn't seem to have any issues!
