  Quality of the product was great. Box was a bit damaged from transit but the seller isn't at fault with that (given the amount of mail at Christmastime. Value is great and it will fit my silver car very well. Would recommend, seller sent a follow up email but didn't spam or harass. Would recommend this seller.

  The item showed a UK model with UK plug. However I was shipped a US model with a US plug- it’s illegal to sell electronics without a UK adapter. The seller refused to help and told me to return but has not provided a label or sent the postage cost to return it to China as promised. The cost to return is £126.00 so I’m not sure how to get this resolved. They have my money and I have an unusable item. I would suggest you avoid this seller at all costs.

  Dear customer i have already said that we have writes clearly in title that this item is 220V AU plug may i know do you read the listing details before you buy it or not and we have also send you a UK adapter do you received it too? if the adapter do not work well i can offer you some discount and you can buy another adapter or converter by yourself and the machine can be work well so do you mind keep it for use ? waiting for your reply best regards
