  Amazing communication, seller was very quick to answer all of my nervous questions since the deal seemed too good to be true. Upon receiving item it was even better than what was described on the listing and it’s so nice to do business with a truly fair and honest seller.   There was an initial hiccup with the order in that I originally received a different item than what I had order (A V15 Detect standard and not the V15 Detect Submarine). The seller was extremely prompt and gracious in responding, quickly shipped off the correct item, and added a return UPS shipping label for me to facilitate return of the wrong items. I am very pleased with the service I received. The V15 Detect Submarine is in great shape and is working better than expected.

  It was a great purchase, the vacuum cleaner is perfect. I was shocked by the amount of dirt he can remove. Very good. The value was great for the product. Everything arrived very well packed. The wand had a problem and the seller promptly sent me another one to replace the other one. I highly recommend the company. They are very attentive.

  This is a great seller. The shipping was very fast within a couple of days. The item was exactly as described and a very good deal. When this vacuum cleaner arrived, one of the parts was missing. I notified the seller and he responded immediately and shipped the missing item the next day. Great business person. Buy with confidence. Very happy customer.
