  This is my 7th purchase from this seller. As a fountain pen novice, I’ve been misled by multiple sellers as to condition of the used pens I’ve bought, but all of my pens from speerbob arrive in excellent condition and EXACTLY as described. His packing is ingenius, using PVC pipe to protect pens in shipment. Shipping is fast (and usually free) and his pens are very competitively priced. I’ve come to the point where I’m hesitant to buy from anyone else. Highly recommend!!

  This is my second order from Speerbob, and his shipping was remarkably fast. The pens arrived in their boxes (as the listing stated), securely wrapped in cardboard to prevent damage to the boxes, and everything arrived in good condition. The Hero arrived in exactly the described condition. We're so pleased with Speerbob's great service and speed. Highly recommend ordering from his shop!

  The vintage Waterman pen was exactly as described (essentially new) with a very fair reserve price. SpeerBob shipped it the next morning (less than 12 hours after the auction closed), and it arrived 48 hours later by USPS -- spectacular service! He packaged the pen cleverly in a length of PVC pipe within bubble wrap, so it arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I can't imagine a better purchasing experience.

  Unfortunately, I had to return the pen as it did not quite match the description I had in mind. The return was very painless: I received the item fast, returned it just as fast, and immediately received a refund from the seller. The item was very well packed and the price was reasonable. Although this particular purchase did not quite work out, I will purchase from the seller again. Thank you for processing the refund so fast.

  I know Speerbob items will be as described, shipped promptly, packaged securely, and represent solid value. This beautiful Waterman fountain pen was part of a combined shipment and met all of these criteria. I have purchased several items from Speerbob and plan to continue doing so in the future.
