  Bought 6/4. Seller never sent item. Asked politely on 6/7 when item would be shipped - ignored all communications ... never once responded. Refused my request to cancel order due to non-shipment on 6/8, per eBay policy. Refused request for refund. Had to wait extra five business days to get eBay to refund my money ... today is 6/18.
