  Item shipped quickly and is as described. The only issue I have was with the packing. Phone was shipped in a lighter-weight box with just an air pillow. The box also had a cutout that was missing (3" x 2.5") and the hole was just taped over and the package shipped. I debated on whether to leave neutral or negative comments after notifying the seller and getting their reply. Not my best, but not my worst transaction either!

  Time between purchase and assigning of tracking number was a little slower than some sellers. But item still shipped within the promised window. Likewise, communication was a little slower than some other sellers, but when seller responded they were kind and respectful. Item was packaged well and arrived in excellent condition.

  My rc body was shipped in an empty 12pack soda box. The box was crushed by the time it got delivered. I opened the box and inspected the body. After putting a coat of paint on the body, I found a large crease in the body that is likely going to affect the structure of the body. Immediately contacted seller and was told they ship like this all the time, must have been the mailman’s fault for jamming into a mailbox. Seller refunded $5 and basically told my not their fault. Use better packing.

  No what we talked about was that it is obviously not from shipping damage as the area around it is not damaged, that is a manufacture defect. Offered a goodwill discount for the minor defect (you did not even see it when painting), then you started giving threats, so we were done offering to help. The box was filled with shipping air bags.
